Hey, I’m Danielle!
A therapeutic coach on a mission to help women reclaim their power, presence and potential, so they can be powerful forces of change and inspiration in their communities.
I did everything right. I was the quintessential ‘good girl’ - quiet, obedient, high-achieving, and burnt out. I followed ‘the path’ after school - university and then, a one-way ticket on the escalator of lost dreams. The jobs I had were unfulfilling, draining, meaningless, and never really lasted long because I was always on the hunt for the one that would tick all the boxes. Spoiler: It never came.
Fast forward >> I took a leap of faith, enrolled in full-time study (the only life option that felt somewhat exciting at the time), and found a calling I never ever considered - supporting individuals with their mental health.
After hundreds of sessions supporting men, women, and couples, I have really focused my continued study, experience and work on the unique challenges women face, and how nothing makes me more fired up than supporting women to transform ‘smallness’ into ‘greatness’.
